  • The Community-Based Supported Employment Program offers job placement and support to individuals with intellectual/developmental, mental health or physical disabilities.  In depth, one-on-one support from Placement Specialists enables clients to learn how to get a job, specific job skills,  techniques to cooperate with co-workers and supervisors, to best succeed on the job.
  • Site-Based Employment Program provides work every day in assembly and packaging jobs, as well as the opportunity to learn diverse work skills and increase independent functioning skills and includes transitional employment opportunities so clients may experience employment in the community.
  • The Life Skills Program offers older adults with disabilities the opportunity to transition away from full-time work in the Site-Based Employment Program so that they are able to set and achieve personal, recreational, and social goals. The program encourages them to participate in community activities.
  • The Student Work Experience Program allows juniors and seniors with disabilities from area high schools the opportunity to experience work in our Site-Based Employment Program to assess interest in this type of employment.
  • Adult Day Activity offers a variety of social, recreational and exercise activities to adults with multiple handicapping conditions who may also be older or medically frail and are no longer able to work all day on site.
  • Rising Star Studios offers various art, music, dance, computer, photography, exercise and life skill classes for teens and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other communication challenges.
